Abstract

A psychological novel set in a South American resort where a cast of travellers, locals, and animals rescued from traffickers are caught in a time loop. Through indigenous myths, climate change, political tension, and ambiguous relationships, Villa Pacifica examines questions of identity and displacement, truth and illusion in a globalised world.
