Abstract

This policy sets out the University’s approach to the use of learning analytics, including the Learning Insights dashboards. The policy supports a student-centric view of learning, empowering staff to take appropriate and tailored follow-up action to support students. Learning analytics can also be used for data-informed enhancement by informing learning design based on a broader understanding of student learning activity and student support requirements.
