The Encyclopaedia consists primarily in a series of national monographs, treating the different legal subjects related to information and communication technology on the basis of a common standard outline. The outline contains, besides a general introduction, seven main parts: 1.Regulation of the ICT Market; 2.Protection of Intellectual Property in the ICT Sector; 3.IICT Contracts; 4.Electronic Transactions; 5.Non-Contractual Liability; 6.Privacy Protection; 7.Computer-Related Crime.
