Three adoption cases

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

This quarter's colum concerns adoption law. I have chosen this because of a recent clutch of decisions which are neither factually unusal nor legally groundbreaking but each of which raises curious questions which might require fuller consideration later. All were decided in the first quarter of 1999, two from the Court of Session and one from the House of Lords.
