Abstract

Electronic evidence is now recognised as the main source of evidence worldwide. It affects every aspect of law – both criminal and civil – and with the internet becoming increasingly significant in our day–to–day lives, it is even more important for all lawyers to understand electronic evidence and apply this understanding to daily practice. This chapter discusses sources of digital evidence.
