N2 - This collection of essays is grounded in the notion that law is both a determinant and an expression of social relations and that labour law needs to move ‘beyond employment’. The volume will consist of a range of contributions from established international scholars in law and related disciplines from within and beyond Europe. Each contribution shares, as its central theme, the future regulation of work. The collection will seek to provide a coherent response to the question: if the current construction of labour law is of diminishing relevance, what form(s) should future regulation take?
