Abstract

Territorial cooperation arrangements vary substantially in terms of their scope, scale, objectives, and operations. Related to the diversity of territorial cooperation arrangements is the range of differing approaches to management and delivery that have developed in response to the distinct institutional, political and geographical contexts in which they operate.
