Abstract

This small-scale longitudinal study, supported by a small grant from the British Educational Leadership, Management and Administration Society (BELMAS) and supplemented by funding from the Scottish Government, set out to explore how current (at the time) and former Into Headship students at a Scottish University supported their school communities and the challenges they faced during the lockdowns associated with the COVID-19 pandemic and, thereafter, in the recovery phase. This research brief focusses on the 2nd phase of the study which examines the recovery phase of the pandemic with a specific focus on the wellbeing of the school community.
