Abstract

This Inform briefing will help teachers and other professionals in Scotland support young people with an uncertain immigration status in their journey to post-school education or employment. The briefing outlines what it means in practice to have an uncertain immigration status, being a looked after child or young person with an uncertain immigration status, and the implications for the journey through education and into employment.
