Abstract

ESCP 7th spring conference on clinical pharmacy, tackling inequalities in the delivery of pharmaceutical care, 16-19 May 2007, Edinburgh, UK. The objective of this paper is to evaluate a tool to measure adherence of medication use to clinical guideline recommendations in primary care.
