Abstract
Next week I’ll arrive in the UAE to attend the second week of COP 28, and like many observers I’m going there filled with hope and anticipation, but also with a degree of trepidation, around the genuine intent and collective capability of world leaders to ramp up their ambitions on delivering more, and critically faster, progress in the global fight against climate change.
