Abstract

The workshop surfaced a Research and KE culture that is not lacking in vision but lacking in alignment. Across all groups, there was a strong and consistent understanding of what research and KE culture should be: collaborative, supportive, visible and socially conscious. However, participants’ lived experiences suggest that current structures, incentives and practices do not consistently enable or reward these values.
