Social housing retrofit data availability: Summary report workshop pre-read

Abstract

This report presents the results of three inter-related desk reviews to explore current barriers social landlords face in developing in developing business cases for clean heat and energy efficiency retrofit. The reviews focused on M&E, data availability, and social landlord experiences. This sort summary of findings is a pre-read for a workshop to identify further evidence needs and next steps to develop business case and M&E guidance.
