    Abstract

This report presents information about a study that was carried out with key agencies operating in Glasgow that have a role in meeting the needs of young people – either as direct service providers or as umbrella organisations overseeing this process. More specifically, this study examined the extent to which these agencies were ‘equipped’ to meet the needs of young people from black and minority ethnic communities. In tandem, the report highlights the experiences and perceptions of young people and workers from these communities of social care services in Glasgow.
