Abstract
Time of flight (ToF) ranging has become vital in applications from autonomous-vehicle navigation to facial recognition. We present a 128 × 128 GaN MicroLED display which can simultaneously transmit > 80 Mbps while acting as a nanosecond pulse source for ToF imaging with sub-cm accuracy.
