Abstract
Sentence Structure teaches a simple and clear method for parsing sentences and outlines the main aspects of the sentence structure of English. Collections of sentences from four Asian and African languages are provided as a basis for comparative linguistics. The book's most distinctive feature is the emphasis on problem solving as an approach to the English language.
