Abstract

Scottish Conveyancing Legislation is a comprehensive looseleaf bringing together all statutes and statutory instruments which deal with or impinge upon Scottish conveyancing practice. It is updated as legislation and statutory instruments come into force. Contributors include Professor Meston, Professor Roderick Paisley, Professor Kenneth Reid and Professor Douglas Cusine. Fully annotated, it takes into account the significant changes in the law relating to conveyancing in recent years, including the Leasehold Casualties (Scotland) Act 2001 , Mortgage Rights (Scotland) Act 2001 and the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003. The title also includes the Land Registration (Scotland) Act 1979 which will be of particular interest to practitioners in areas which are about to become operational for land registration purposes.
