Abstract
Many possibilities exist for Person-Centred therapists to reclaim their scientific heritage, building on recent developments and continually emerging new resources for practical, humanizing research that is completely consistent with the core values and practices of PCE therapies. Not only is research a political necessity, it is also one of the purest expressions of the actualizing tendency!
