Abstract
The Brazilian Labour Reform - Law 13.467/2017 - is the largest labour and employment law change in Brazil for the last 70 years. The aim of the reform is to "modernise" the employment legislation, with the intention to make it more flexible. The content of many of the articles are quite controversial, as they involve constitutional issues. The book, written by over 30 employment judges, analyse the new law, article by article. Each author explain the modification and make comments about the issues in that subject.
