N2 - Transformer on-line condition monitoring has been the subject of significant research and development over the past few years and it is becoming increasingly important that monitoring can be easily and safely applied to a transformer at whatever point in its lifetime. The brochure considers the benefits of possible standardisation of the interface between monitoring systems and the transformer with the aim to provide a guide to the specification of a transformer intended to be "condition monitoring ready".
