Abstract

Previous studies investigating T cell dynamics and interactions have revealed subtle differences in the clustering behaviour of CD4+ T cells during the induction of immunological tolerance and priming in real time, in intact lymph nodes. However, the behaviour of primed and tolerised CD4+ T cells upon subsequent antigen challenge remains unclear.
