Abstract

The quantum effects in nonlinear optical patterns and spatial aspects of squeezing in an optical parametric oscillator with plane mirrors are examined. Wigner representations were used to approximate the exact master equation by a classical looking set of Langevin equations. By solving these equations, stochastic realization of the evolution of the system which display the time-resolved of the quantum image can be obtained. The features of this phase transition in a quantum optical system are studied in both the near and the far field.
