Abstract
To Examine the Feasibility of Hot Press Forming Process (similar to forging) to get near net shape of the proposed Harm Reduction Razor (HRR) for high volume manufacturing process (1000 razor/day).
The overall goal of the HRR project is to evaluate the feasibility of forging part with the dimensions and features in the design from four perspectives:
Feasibility of HRR manufacturing based on the literature review
Feasibility of HRR manufacturing from modelling point of view
Feasibility of HRR manufacturing from component manufacturing point of view
Feasibility of HRR manufacturing from die set manufacturing point of view
