Abstract
This paper describes the implementation of a student
development planning document or action plan for law
students in the department of Law and Public Administration,
Glasgow Caledonian University. First, the theoretical
background to the implementation is described, followed by
a description of the plan itself; and then the initial feedback obtained, via action research, from students who used the plan. Finally, some key points and resource issues are highlighted.
