Abstract
Identifying and prioritising performance measures are common problems faced by most companies. This paper presents the works at University of Strathclyde to address these issues. First, Integrated Performance Measurement System Reference Model, and then the Quantitative Model for Performance Measurement System (IPMS) is introduced. The integrated use of both IPMS Reference Model and QMPMS is demonstrated through a case study
