Abstract

The utility model discloses a novel connecting structure for blades and a wheel hub of a fixed pitch stall regulated wind generating set. A sliding block is processed at the root of each blade; chutes having the same number with the blades are processed on the wheel hub; the shape of the cross section of each sliding block is matched with the shape of the cross section of the related chute; each sliding block is sleeved in the related chute, and is positioned and fixed via a bolt or a structural adhesive. By means of the chute type novel design of the blades and the wheel hub, the novel connecting structure solves the problem of huge installation difficulty and long installation time of an original flange connection mode; the positioning and fixation mode with the positioning bolts or the structural adhesive ensures the positioning to be more convenient and accurate; the blade hub structure design with the chutes and the sliding blocks is performed according to the requirement for blade strength reduces the mass and inertia moment of the wheel hub and the blades. The novel connecting structure has a simple structure, and is convenient to install with a high installation efficiency and low cost.
