Abstract

Introduction: Head and neck (H&N) sarcomas are histologically diverse and constitute only 1 % of all H&N malignancies. Standard management involves either chemoradiation or surgical excision with adjuvant therapy, but despite therapeutic advances, prognosis remains poor.
