Abstract

Part of a collection of court cases where academic scholars write a new appeal judgment from a feminist perspective - my chapter deals with a case in which a man was evicted as a result of the anti-social actions of his wife. He was in prison at the time. The original decision is based on a traditional notion of female dependence.
