    Abstract

During the Covid pandemic lockdown a number of students and departmental staff informed the library that they missed having the library to study in. They missed the physical space, the library community, and the general library vibes we had fashioned over many years. Inspired by a presentation at an online Customer Services Group UK event, we proposed creating an online virtual study space where our students could get the supported study place they were seeking. This toolkit is a report representing the groundwork that was performed in order to make these sessions a success and includes copies of paperwork that may be useful when setting up your own study sessions.
