Abstract

This recent volume in the well-established Landmark Cases series—Landmark Cases in Labour Law, compellingly edited by Jeremias Adams-Prassl, Alan Bogg and ACL Davies—features 17 cases decided between 1848 and 2022 which the 14 eminent labour law scholars contributing to the volume consider to constitute the common law canon of labour law. Accessible and stimulating, the book will be of interest to labour law students, scholars and practitioners.
