Abstract

This contribution to the forum of the Spanish Journal of International Law aims to provide some critical reflection on the role that the Sustainable Development Objectives and Agenda 2030 can play in global governance from the perspective of its impact on distributive justice and sustainability environmental. In part, this contribution will be based on the conclusions reached at the 1st Tarragona International Environmental Law Colloquium, organized jointly by the Center for Environmental Law Studies of Tarragona (CEDAT) and the Association of Students and Alumni of Environmental Law of Tarragona (AAEDAT) .
