Abstract
Transfer printing of 450 nm-emitting micro-LED 8x8 array onto CMOS platform is reported. The pixels average optical power density was measured at 4.4 W/cm2 (50 A/cm2). Sub-nanosecond pulses as well as MHz modulation bandwidth are other modes of operation of the hybrid device.
