Abstract
This document is a practical 'how-to' guide to developing and implement service user involvement in justice services. It is informed by a two year action research project, commissioned by Community Justice Ayrshire, to support the establishment of three service user involvement structures, and to document the process of implementation and the resulting activities, outputs and inputs. The guide is designed and structured as a step by step guide from preparation to evaluation.
