Abstract

This paper is based on how the output of IOM (integer order model which is the transfer function of a system) can be made better. Moreover, we have taken the IOM form of the heating furnace (which acts as a plant) and have tried to show what kind of output we get from the complete closed loop system containing both plant and the controller with a feedback. Also, the outputs that have been achieved while the PID controller and FOPID (PIλDμ) controller were used separately are being compared and by using all the outputs of the system it has been shown that how the fractional elements affect the complete system performance.
