Abstract
Discusses the significance of the Inner House decision in Salvesen v Riddell on whether the provisions of the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 2003 s.72, dealing with protections for tenants in limited partnership arrangements, breached an agricultural landlord's rights under the European Convention on Human Rights 1950 and was not within the competence of the Scottish Parliament.
