Abstract
It is a wonderful honour and a great privilege for me to intruduce this special issue of the Journal of Drug Targeting in recognition of the highly influential contributions Prof. Gregory Gregoriadis has made to the field of Drug Delivery, and in particular in the establishement of liposomes as a delivery system.
