Abstract

The GEM Scotland report provides policy makers and educators with an invaluable and independent insight into entrepreneurship and its many challenges. The 2005 findings tell us that enterprise education is making a difference, our high expectation entrepreneurship rates are ahead of Western Europe's and our social entrepreneurial activity levels are on a par with the UK.
