Abstract
The evolution of synthetic jets into quiescent air has been simulated by performing three-dimensional numerical investigations using various flux limiting high-resolution schemes in the context of Implicit Large Eddy Simulation (ILES). The results compare well with existing experimental data from NASA Langley Research Center.
