Abstract
The trial of Adolph Eichmann in Israel in 1961 was one which was fuelled with controversy. The main issues considered in this article regarding the Eichmann episode will be extradition, jurisdictional arguments, retrospectivity, and the defense of superior orders considered during the trial.
