Abstract
This discussion paper (15 June 2022) summarises DHI-led workshops with NHS Ayrshire & Arran and community health practitioners. The report explores person-centred data sharing architectures for integrated care across primary care, pharmacy, dentistry, and optometry, proposing models for shared care timelines and citizen-held digital records.
