However, the implementation of Industry 4.0 is not without challenges, including technological, data-related, human resource, security, financial, manufacturing system, standardization, communication, strategy, and environmental difficulties. Addressing these challenges requires collaboration between industry practitioners and academic scholars to develop effective strategies and solutions. In conclusion, while Industry 4.0 holds promise for revolutionizing engineering management practices, overcoming implementation challenges is crucial for realizing its full potential and ensuring sustained organizational success in today's dynamic industrial landscape.
