Abstract

Report commissioned by Scotland Europa presents the findings of a Scottish Stakeholder Discussion on the Future of European Collaboration. The report makes it clear that Scotland is an active partner in Eu cooperation programmes, identifies specific benefits of being involved in EU cooperation programmes, and considers future relations, emphasising the need to be proactive, persistent and active in its on going involvement
