Abstract

Project involves: An evaluation of Developing Oral Communications in HM Prisons, English Speaking Board, 1999-2000, involving 1450 learners. Will include survey of existing provision, identification of thinking skill elements, and evaluation of these by means of questionnaires, statistical analysis and a randomised controlled trial.
