Abstract

The case describes the development, from scratch, of a fairly large SME manufacturing business and the key role played by a highly motivated electronics engineer and two colleagues. The case indicates the problems of trying to develop such a business and the role played, both positive and negative, by the strong-willed entrepreneurial founder.
