Abstract
Climate change is one of the environmental problems that currently has the greatest attention. Not in vain, the concentration of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere by human action is of crucial importance to bear devastating effects on the environment in general. Scientists warn about various risks that are already beginning to become a reality: sea level rise, floods, reduction of drinking water resources, health risks, modification of ecosystems, increased risk of fire and extreme weather events, among others. The truth is that climate change directly or indirectly affects other environmental problems. In addition to this environmental transversality, global warming also has socio-economic implications, being especially vulnerable those economies based on agriculture or tourism.
