Abstract
The phosphorylcholine-containing glycoprotein ES-62, secreted from filarial nematodes, may have therapeutic potential in autoimmune inflammatory disease as it has been shown to possess the ability to selectively inhibit aberrant pro-inflammatory cytokine production without leaving the host immunocompromised.
