Abstract
Discusses Crofters having rights in the common grazings of Sandwickhill North Street v Crofting Commission (IH) on whether, under the Crofters (Scotland) Act 1993 s.50B a group of crofters could proceed with the development of a wind turbine scheme on common grazings land despite the objection of the landowner. Reviews the development of crofting law and common grazings.
