Delphi Method

    Abstract

    This article lays out the basic structure of the Delphi method, along with common modifications, and recently-developed mixed-model forecasting techniques. Delphi offers a basic structure which can be easily adapted to fit a group’s needs, with respect to specific judgmental forecasting efforts.
