Abstract
The deliverable 4.2 aims to map institutional structures and policy panoramas in the 14 pilot regions. WP4 will develop a systematic approach that will allow reporting the institutional arrangements in the pilot regions and distinguish different forms of multilevel governance. The report includes a thorough and comparative analysis of the 14 pilot regions.
