    Abstract

Building on our Micro CPD from last week, this week we will look at writing effective learning objectives. At Strathclyde we support using Bloom's Taxonomy to write effective learning objectives. Although Bloom's is not perfect, it provides a very useful framework for writing action-oriented learning objectives that are specific and measurable. It fits with constructive-alignment and backward-design. Watch the short video here to learn how to use Bloom's to write effective learning objectives.
